We have found that many institutions select and implement a new system, and hope that it solves everyone’s problems – a “we can so we should” approach!” But adopting new technology without clearly defining an overarching strategy and vision, and ensuring that people, processes, and technologies are in synergy with each other, means that Higher Education institutions run the risk of creating more problems than they solve.
