Their admissions function was split into central and college teams each with a significant number of devolved processes which were time consuming and were significantly impacting staff moral and the applicant experience. They asked us to help them to get to the crux of operational challenges in detail, and to get to the crux of the matter, so that we could help them validate their thinking and planning.
