Cybersecurity is paramount for any business enterprise or organisation in today’s rapidly changing and digitally exposed world. Beyond this, the Board is responsible and accountable to ensure that the valuable and sensitive information assets of an organisation are protected at all times.

Given other business priorities and challenges, the question remains whether the Board of Directors knows enough about the organisation’s cybersecurity posture. If not, how do they ensure that they do know enough?
